You’ll be successful
with Gemography if…

  • You have 1+ years of professional experience
If you're a mid/senior engineer, we'll help you accelerate your career. If you're just starting out in tech, we might not be the best fit.
  • You can communicate clearly
Good code goes hand in hand with clear communication. And we don’t just mean how good your English (or French) is – we’re more interested in how you explain technical concepts and whether you ask the right questions.
  • You have 4 hours overlap with PST/WET timezones
Companies we partner with are primarily based in Silicon Valley, New York and Paris. And while you'll be able to work asynchronously most of the time, having time overlap for standups and meetings is crucial.
  • You're looking for a long-term career opportunity
We specialize in connecting talented engineers with full-time, long-term career opportunities. Job offers you'll receive through Gemography are on a permanent basis and comes with job stability (i.e we cover your salary until we match you with you next remote job).
  • You obsess over best practices
During the application process, we want to know how you approach the job at hand, which best practices you leverage, which conventions you follow, your knowledge of anti-patterns and more.
